William A. George

Founder

A Laurel County native, Mr. George (known as Bill to most people) started Rite-Way in 1994 to “Provide a future for my family.” Bill worked in the day to day operations from the beginning and continued to drive trucks and work in the ditches until his peaceful passing in Dec 2022

When not working, Bill enjoyed singing in the choir at church and pond fishing.


Casey Gray

Owner/master plumber

Growing up in the industry has given Casey the edge to quickly identify problems in drain systems. Casey works hard to ensure each customer has the best possible experience when working with his team. The best part of working at Rite-Way, Casey says is “the satisfaction of resolving a problem”.

Casey enjoys kayaking, camping, and working with the media team at his church in his personal time.


noah

service manager/Master plumber

Noah has a total of 9 years experience in the field with Rite-Way. Noah returned to Rite-Way after his service in the U.S. Army. He manages field personnel, job scheduling and strives to streamline company workflow.

Noah enjoys being outdoors, traveling and serving in his church as an adult Sunday School teacher.


Brianna

Office Manager/Book Keeping

Brianna has 29 years of office and customer service experience, 8 of those have been with Rite-Way. She loves helping people and providing support to our clients. She welcomes every opportunity to assist the team.

In her free time, Brianna enjoys spending time with family, cooking and getting outside for a run.

cody

residential service plumber/master plumber

Cody has been with Rite-Way a total of 4 years and has 10 years of experience in the plumbing trade. He is the lead technician spearheading Rite-Way’s residential service. Cody works hard to offer exceptional customer service and quality, long term solutions for our customers.

Cody enjoys hunting, camping, spending time with his family and has been a pastor for 9 years.


Gabe

job foreman/Journeyman Plumber

Gabe has been with Rite-Way for 7 years. He is hard working and an expert in the field. He is technically proficient in every service that Rite-Way offers. During his employment at Rite-Way he has earned his Journeyman Plumber’s license as well as his Commercial Driver’s License.

Gabe enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and helping others. He dedicates his free time to serve in youth ministry as a youth pastor.  


Collin

grease trap specialist/journeyman plumber

Collin has been with Rite-Way for 4 years. He is the subject matter expert in grease traps, septic tanks and pump stations. He holds a Commercial Driver’s License as well as a NAWT Vacuum Truck Technician Certification. He operates equipment, manages Rite-Way’s inventory and purchase orders and spearheads our vacuum truck operation.

Collin enjoys spending time with his family, sport shooting and going to the lake.


Austin

shop manager, fabricator, Journeyman Plumber

Austin has been with Rite-Way for 3 years. He is an asset in the field as well as the go to for equipment maintenance, servicing and fabrication. He never hesitates to do whatever he needs to do to get the job done right and always strives to provide quality service to our customers.

Austin enjoys fishing, farming, home improvement and going to church.


Matthew

Drain cleaning technician/journeyman plumber

Matthew has been with Rite-Way for 3 years. He is an expert in drain cleaning and pipeline inspections. Matt always said he’d never do plumbing but when the opportunity presented itself, he decided to give it a shot. He now sees it as a blessing from The Lord.

In his free time Matthew enjoys being outdoors, cruising, antique shopping, the 80’s, and spending time with loved ones.


will

plumbing apprentice/laborer

Will joined Rite-Way’s team this year. Every day he seeks out opportunities to help people. He’s ready to do whatever needs done at the drop of a hat.

Will has a M.Div. in Christian Ministry and enjoys traveling, soccer and spending time with his family.


josh

plumbing apprentice, vehicle maintenance

Josh joined the Rite-Way’s team this year and works hard to be involved wherever he can to see the job through from start to finish. Whether he’s in the trenches or in the shop he doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty to get the job done, actually, he prefers it that way.

Josh loves the outdoors and being with his family.


zach

plumbing apprentice/laborer

Zach joined our team at the beginning of October and strives to learn as much as possible about the plumbing trade. After serving 6 years in the Army National Guard he started gaining interest in the trades. He looks forward to becoming proficient in his craft and passing those skills down to his children.

In his free time Zach enjoys fishing, hiking and going to the gun range. He’s also working to learn Spanish and aspires to travel abroad.
