PIPE LINING

CUre In Place Pipe Lining (CIPP) is a form of trenchless pipe rehabilitation. THis technology gives new life to damaged or deteriorating systems.

Damaged Piping

Over time pipe systems deteriorate and need to be replaced or rehabilitated. Digging up and replacing the system is not always the best option. This is where CIPP comes into play.

Descaling

The lining process begins by accessing the line with cleaning and descaling equipment. This allows us to remove buildup, rust, and the deteriorating layer of the original piping so that the liner has a smooth surface and a solid foundation to adhere to.

After Descaling

Once the descaling process is complete the line is cleaned and inspected to ensure it is properly prepped for the new liner installation.

Lining

Once the line is fully prepped, a new pipe liner is cut to length, wetted out with resin and installed in the existing line giving new life to the system for years to come.
